TWF Construction was established by Troy W. Farrar II in 1996. He grew up in the construction field alongside his father learning and perfecting the trade and his eye for detail. Through the years, his company has expanded to include new construction builds, full remodels, electrical, concrete, deck/patio work and a number of other trades. TWF Construction is based out of Fredericksburg but has a second home base in Norfolk doing work for Liberty Military Housing. TWF Construction is a fully licensed and insured Class A contractor.
